Apaches go to 5-0

All 12 Apaches scored, including four in double figures, as Tyler Junior College scored a 102-35 victory over Northwestern State JV on Monday at Wagstaff Gymnasium.

Cameron Johnson, a freshman guard from Little Rock, Arkansas, led the way with 20 points, while Trenton Sandifer (13), Isaiah Fontaine (12) and Desmond Balentine (11) were next.

Josh Dunbar led the Demons with 13 points.

The Apaches (5-0) jumped out to leads of 10-0, 23-2 and 43-8.

TJC plays in the Kilgore College Classic Friday (4 p.m. vs. Cedar Valley) and Saturday (2 p.m., Lone Star-Tomball).
