The Tyler Junior College basketball teams will be playing at different locations today.

While the Apache Ladies are hosting Kilgore College at Wagstaff Gymnasium, the Apaches travel to Corsicana to play Navarro College (7 p.m.).

The TJC-KC women’s game is slated to begin at 5:30 p.m. It will be the final home game for sophomores Kim Munoz (5-7 point guard from Mesa, Ariz.), Sierra Henry (5-10 forward from Palestine), Carolina Lopez (6-2 post from Cali, Colombia) and Adrienne Phillips (6-2 forward from League City).

The Apache Ladies (10-17, 3-11 Region XIV) need one more win or a San Jacinto loss to clinch a spot in the Region XIV Tournament, which is March 6-9 at UT Tyler. Kilgore is 10-14 and 5-9.

The Apache Ladies end the regular season at Jacksonville College Saturday. Tipoff is 2 p.m. at Curtis Carroll Field House.

The Apaches (20-7, 11-6) would like to duplicate their win over Navarro in Tyler earlier this month. The Bulldogs (22-6, 14-3) currently lead the North Division. TJC is third. Following tonight’s game, the Apaches conclude the regular season on Saturday, hosting Kilgore College at 4 p.m.
