MESQUITE - Angel Rodriguez launched a two-run homer in the fifth as part of a three-run inning that snapped a tie and helped propel Robert E. Lee to an 11-6 win over North Mesquite on Saturday afternoon at Copeland Field.

The victory clinched third place in District 11-6A for REL, which hit three homers in the seeding playoff. Also going deep for Lee were Nathan Dial and Trevor Doke.
