Tuesday Boys Hoops Roundup: Hill paces Chapel Hill past Henderson


HENDERSON — Julius Hill finished with a game-high 23 points as Chapel Hill remained unbeaten in District 16-3A with a 73-49 victory against Henderson on Tuesday night.

The No. 22 Bulldogs raced out to a 25-13 lead in the first quarter and never looked back to improve to 17-7 on the season and 7-0 in the league. Other Chapel Hill players in double figures were Keilon Moore (13 points), Michael Harris (12 points) and Kavondre Wallace (11 points).

Chapel Hill plays host to Gilmer on Friday.
